1. Where do you deliver?
For now, we do shipping in Singapore only.
2. Are all the items pre order?
Yes. Kindly take note that all our items are preorder.
3. How long is the waiting time?
Expected waiting time is about 3-4 weeks/ 14 - 25 working days. Once your items have arrived, we will send out your purchase the next working day. Please do not place an order if you are uncomfortable with the waiting time.
4. How much is the shipping cost?
The cost will be reflected upon checking out.
5. How do smartpac works?
Postman will deliver your parcel at your doorstep. If unsuccessful, postman will deliver to your letterbox instead.
6. I received an incorrect item.
Do let us know immediately via email at email@example.com along with your ID we will get it sorted for you.
7. Do you accept bank transfer?

8. Is there any exchange and refund policy?
We do not do exchange or refund. Kindly check measurements (in cm) and color correctly before you purchase.
9. Lost Package
We wont be responsible for any lost packages for normal /standard mail services. Please select for smartpac so you can track your parcel.
10. When must i make payment?
Payment must be made within 48 hours from date of order. We won't be placing your orders if payment is not done. We only accept deposit on certain items and the remaining amount needs to be settled once the item has arrived (within 48 hours). Amount will be forfeited and item will go under instock if failed to comply.
